Apology of Suicide
Every philosopher and every thinker has to deal with nihilism in the face of the problem of Being and Not Being, this is inevitable. All religions and mythologies, all movements of thought, all theories face nihilism. And each one seeks to transcend it; some are aware, and some are unaware. Those in this second group are the group of those who do not think, especially the members of the religion.
The person who commits suicide does not write on suicide, does not talk; if he does, he does. That's all. The world of philosophy and literature is full of cowards. Even the most pessimistic and magnificent nihilists who deny life have to deal with the question, “If you are against living, why don't you commit suicide?” They gnaw at their own souls for rational and irrational reasons to respond. However, Mainländer does not need these justifications and is not a loser to face such a question. Mainländer mentions suicide and then prepares for his own death. When he's finished, he'll finish himself.
The sentence that ends the writing: Life is to show the meaninglessness of meaning. But before I can end it, I have to deal with this sentence. In fact, I should say to show the “meaning of meaninglessness”, but reversing it and pronouncing it is due to a separate impulse.
Just like the metaphysics "Why is there existence but not nothingness?" like flipping the crucial question: “Why is there nothing and nothing at all?” Thus, we have reached the depth of our subject, and it is a depth that has no exit. A circle, a circle of demons for some, is a matter in which psychopathology will be wrapped around.
Mainländer is the one who begins the action immediately after uttering Hamlet's question of being or not being. Yes or no! To be is to be, so you wait your whole life, in other words, you live a whole life meaninglessly. If we're talking about not being, you don't wait, you act instantly and you end up meaningless. You'll end up dead.
Mainländer's apodic (definite) proposition: The Being has only one meaning, which is its disappearance. The entity exists to vanish. It results in being and not being. Everything that exists in the world carries the will to die. The will to live is the will to die. Every fool knows this, but every fool is dying at every moment in the whipping pain of his idols of existence, while whips are countless: Heaven, hell, prophets, saints, and similar fantasies. The will to die is hidden in the will to live, the will to live is the sheath of the will to die. Every fool knows: We die a little more every day, our life is a slowly dying war of death, death gains more power over every person every day, until it extinguishes the last light of life in everyone. Unchiseled and raw man sees life as an exquisite and extraordinary instrument of death, while the wise directly desires death.
What every person needs to realize is that each of us wants to die in the depth of our essence, we just need to scrape our skin, we will see that the love of death is the only purpose of our existence. In a way, the fear of God is the fear of death, and to trust in God is to humiliate and hate death. Religion is a hoax that tries to put people to sleep with dry, artificial consolations. Let's not make it longer: Life is unhappiness, I prefer not to be. And there is nothing to soothe my longing for death. I want to die as soon as possible. No vital happiness can stop this desire. However, the blacksmiths, those who cannot use their thinking ability, fools, cowards and similar creatures consider it a crime and a sin to kill myself. Jesus, like Buddha, was one of those who suggested suicide, and the darklighters were never late in raping Jesus.
The love of death is one of the most important factors that require sexual retreat. Lust is the pause of the pain of life as a momentary pleasure, a break, then the torture will continue. In fact, the screams of orgasm herald death. Rather than lose my salvation in lustful drunkenness, I strengthen my will to die by sexual abstinence.
(Nietzsche, who lives in a reluctant and even neurotic state in sexual abstinence, tries to humiliate Mainländer as the "apostle of virginity". This philosopher, who is the most religious of all those who kill God, is a Paulus who wants to reestablish Christianity -a philosophy of life. It is interesting and easy to study the psychopathology of both philosophers, but it would be a very senseless pursuit. Like every human being, every philosopher has a psychological basis. In response to Nietzsche's arrogant attitude, it is sufficient to say that Mainländer is the son of a “psychologically virgin mother” who, in her own words, was raped by her husband.)
Legitimizing everything to transcend nihilism is a common approach in terms of religions and ideologies, and even in terms of general philosophy; everything is permissible to leave this thing behind. This is the most obvious way to give meaning to Being. Paulus, the founder of Christianity, says, “We must apologize for our existence,” and asks: “From whom? Answer: From God! "Being is pain," he said. And he accepted the pain, existing is being tortured to death. The same approach applies to all classical and modern ideologies. Every ideology has to make sense of Being, creating meaning on meaning with almost a neurotic effort.
Mainländer does not try to legitimize anything to overcome nihilism, it does not need to legitimize, because according to him, Being is already death, it is better not to be born, but if you were born, you do not need to wait much longer.
Only the ones that are poor, tired of life can ask: To be or not to be? Those who are looking for a reason to be and those who are looking for a reason not to be are jugglers who deceive each other; the world is a place of killing time for them. Their goal is to live a life of pain like slaves. To continue this torture for a long time that has no meaning. Idiots! You can kill each other, I'll kill myself.
I have only one thing to say to the faithful: there is nothing beyond the world, no heaven, no hell, no place, no space; there is only None. Just nothing. He who enters into Nothing is neither in motion nor motionless; He is not in any place, it is like sleeping, but there is no place in Nothingness at all. Desire has been destroyed as a whole in None.
And it should be added that in order to complete Mainländer's philosophy of nothingness, we must say that God is in None. Notice, I don't say, “God is Nothing,” but God is in Nothing. There's Mainländer.
My name is Mainländer, this is the name I gave to myself, even though I sense Nothingness covering the universe, this city I was born into is the starting point of my adventure of existence. I'm ahead of my time, but a handful of people will see me ahead of time. I do not want to live, I do not want to live! I have never been in love, I have never been aroused by the female body, I have never been loved, I am a virgin (pure) - like my soul. And I will embrace death as a virgin, my only lover, my only love. After expressing my last word, I will complete my theory of the Philosophy of Salvation with my physical presence: I will disappear in None.
Yes. I'm looking at nothing, nothingness. None, void! Every subject, every object goes to Nothing and cannot be born as the same subject and the same object again. Man is born once and dies once by nature, but there is also death every day, dying a little more every day; instead of dying once, the majority of us try to die slowly every day, as if an immortal miracle awaits us, but we also want to die, who can sustain an immortal life? But I've seen people desire an immortal life when they can't live a simple weekend.
Yes. Oh, the look of absolute emptiness, you, oh, absolute emptiness, no name can describe you. Nihil. And only Nihil. In Stirner's nihilism, there is a negative, an urge to create, to create by breaking. A nihil that does not include any pessimism and enjoys every destruction and every creation. There's not a spark of it in Mainländer. No pleasure. The only pleasure is the will to die. His atheism is not an ordinary, rebellious and opposing atheism, it is a scientific atheism itself; it says: there is no before the world, there is no after it, the world is a magnificent process - one that does not repeat itself and will not repeat itself. To be will result in not to be. Religious man tends to personify “destiny” and perceive Absolute Nothing as a mystical world, a mysterious being, an omnipotent God. According to him, eternal peace and eternal happiness are nothing. But None, it looks at him from the bottom of every grave, watches him and waits for him. Inevitably, that is where he will go. Man is man with knowledge, and knowledge has killed God, the world, and man. Amen.
